
The Invention Convention projects are due this coming Monday morning, May 8th. There will be a viewing, open to the public, in the gymnasium at Lynn that evening, from 6:00-7:30.

Hillcrest Senior Graduation will be held tomorrow, Saturday May 6 beginning at 7:00 in the Hillcrest Multipurpose building in Lynn. We ask that all seniors be in the gymnasium no later than 6:30. We hope that everyone can join us to help honor our graduating Seniors of 2023!

The Hillcrest Eagle’s Nest is a fully licensed program and will operate weekdays 6 am-6 pm May 24th - August 11th. The childcare program offers quality supervised activities in a stimulating environment with licensed and trained staff. The program is open to all children who are entering Kindergarten through 6th grade. Cost is $15 per day per child.

Attn: 6th-8th Grade Parents
Hillcrest High School will have a summer school session dedicated to closing the gap for our students who have experienced loss of learning due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. This session will run from June 6th through June 29th. The session is open to all Hillcrest High School students who will be entering 7th - 9th Grade in the 23/24 school year. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided. Transportation will be provided as well.
The schedule will be as follows:
June 6th, 7th, 8th
June 13th, 14th, 15th
June 20th, 21st, 22nd
June 27th, 28th, 29th
Each day will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 1:00 p.m.
Breakfast will be served from 7:30-8
Lunch will also be available on campus.
During this time, students will receive instruction in Math, Science, and Literacy. Hands-on, student-centered activities such as science experiments, math manipulatives, and reading circles will be conducted. 2023 Kindergarten Registration
Hillcrest Kindergarten registration is this week. Registration Packets have been sent home with eligible Pre-K students the last week. Packets will need to be returned to the Hillcrest Elementary office. Parents may also call the Hillcrest Elementary Office at (870) 376-5416 to have packets mailed or emailed.
Children must be five years old on or before August 1, 2023 to attend Kindergarten during the 2023-2024 school year.

Hillcrest High School will host our first Career Fair today from 9-1 in the High School Cafeteria. We will have around 20 employers/companies from the surrounding area represented so please spread the word to anyone who is looking for a job!


Reminder: The ACT Aspire summative tests will begin tomorrow, May 2nd and run through Thursday, May 4th for the 3rd and 4th grades.

The 1A-3 Baseball Final has been moved to Friday at 4:00. Softball Tournament will be held Friday as well. The Lady Eagles are scheduled to play at 2:00. Fans and parents of softball, if the tournament games run early, they will start them before the scheduled game times. Please arrive early so you do not miss any action. The Baseball final WILL begin at 4:00. Come out and support both teams! Games are at Marked Tree.
