1A-3 District Basketball games for Tonight have been postponed due to approaching inclement weather. They will be reschedule for Thursday, February 20 weather permitting,
Basketball update:
KIPP Blytheville has forfeited the 1st round of the Sr High District Tournament tonight vs our Screamin' Eagles Sr Boys.
The Hillcrest Lady Screamin' Eagles will play TONIGHT at 6:30 vs The Lady Falcons of CRA in the Sr District Tournament at Ridgefield Christian.

Mrs Angela Burrow's bus will run a few minutes late this morning.
The baseball team will be selling our team hats again Tuesday night with our games with Riverside. $30 cash or check. Please make checks payable to Hillcrest Summer Ball Club. After Tuesday, if any are left over, Coach Durham will have them at the Strawberry Campus and will continue to sell till we run out. We have 4 sizes available and will sell on first come, first serve basis. Proceeds will go to the Hillcrest Summer Ball Club.
Mr. Clifton's bus will be 25-30 minutes late in the afternoons only until further notice. Water levels on Parker Springs Road are still high. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
Hillcrest students in grades 3-6 will be taking the ATLAS Interim Assessment, Monday, February 10 – Thursday, February 13. Please make sure that students get a good night’s sleep, eat a good breakfast, and arrive at school on time. We encourage all students to do their best, so that we can provide the best education possible. Students who are absent will make up the test when applicable.

At the end of February, staff will be asked to vote for Hillcrest Elementary Students of the Month. Elementary students and staff will be focused on behaviors that will ensure that the student is Successful. Successful (our February Theme) in all areas of the students' day is described in the link below. The first day of interim testing at high school went well. Students worked hard and it was noticed. Please continue to encourage your student to get plenty of sleep, eat a good breakfast and try their best! Tomorrow is day two.

The 2nd Quarter Elementary Awards Assembly is at 1:30PM, in Lynn Gym, this Friday, February 7th.
Senior high FBLA conference takes place tomorrow at BRTC in Pocahontas. The bus will leave strawberry campus at 8am and will return before school lets out. Due to the high water on Hwy 115/117 at Jesup:
Mrs. Angela Burrow's bus will be re-routed through hilltop thru Grange rd and should arrive at the Calamine store at approximately 3:45 and then to the Nelsonville T at 4:10. All parents need to meet her bus at those locations.
Mr. Tate's bus will be re-routed through hilltop thru Grange rd and turn around at the Calamine store at approximately 3:50, then continue his route. All students past the Calamine store may be 15-30 minutes late arriving home.

Basketball Schedule update:
Tonight's games @Cedar Ridge will begin at 4:30 not 4:00 as our schedule indicates. Jr Girls, Jr Boys, Sr Girls and Sr Boys will be in action. Good luck to all teams!
The Screamin' Eagles will be taking on the Ridgefield Warriors tonight in the Eagles Nest. Games will tip at 4:00 with a Jr Boys "B" game, followed by the Jr Girls, Jr Boys and Sr Boys. Little Dribblers will also be making their last performance of the year. Big night ahead, look forward to seeing a big crowd!
